At its Jan. 14 meeting, the School Board of the City of Virginia Beach elected Kathleen Brown as chair and Carolyn Weems as vice chair. Brown has served on the School Board for two years and Weems for 22 years.

Welcome to the Library Media Center!
Welcome to our school library! Our library collection consists of more than 15,500 books with an additional 500 e-books. We have 35 Nooks that are used for classroom novel studies, reading Virginia Readers’ Choice award nominees, and library book club use.
Students keep our Makerspace area busy while also searching for books in our online catalog. They are using iPads and Chromebooks during class for research, communication, and projects.
